Very bad experience with the administration We were the company’s supplier for dedicated servers. Everything was running smoothly, with only some issues related to anti-DDoS protection due to the upstream provider, who repeatedly resolved the problems we reported. One day, they reported temperature problems, which were actually not accurate, as the temperatures provided were simply the maximum thresholds before throttling would occur, and not the real current temperatures. The staff member JetDave was always friendly and helpful, working with us to solve any issue. By contrast, Fox from PSG Hosting was completely uncooperative and never spoke politely or even greeted us properly, only making demands in an arrogant manner. Every time we asked for more information, he wouldn’t respond. For example: Fox | PSG Hosting - 03/05/25, 02:16 Has Dave spoken to you about the issues with Steam downloader being broken by PletX? Edoardo Landi - 03/05/25, 15:29 Hey, yes, we added a range without anti-DDoS. Fox | PSG Hosting - 03/05/25, 19:55 These problems are so bad for us we closed all new orders for the region. Edoardo Landi - 03/05/25, 20:12 Can you please give more information about the problem? We can’t fault the services themselves, but the administration was extremely rude—excluding JetDave, who was always professional.

We 1 starred his company for poor services. This is in retaliation to our review. As you can see from the review itself this person is not a client of ours but instead a former provider of ours. We value your feedback and will take it into consideration.
