they asked me to verify identity after paying to use their service and their verification is like by uploading ID or passport which I think it's user unprofessional. I'm really disappointed!

I've been using this service for over a year and have never had a problem. I can't remember a significant downtime of any of the services and i use it 24/7. Support replies quickly and purposefully. Questions were fully answered. And at that price you would even have to give 6 out of 5 stars :)
