She knew rite away what was wrong and solved it within seconds for me

Prompt service and resolution to an issue. Wonderful personal.

Company has always taken care of any situation that came up in a timely manner.

I had a question regarding the "Watch" feature in an online auction & their chat session was very helpful. They even sent a follow up email to be sure the issue was resolved. I've used this system a few times and it's pretty easy to do.
