I chose my voice, my music bed and handed off my scripts - it could not have been easier. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the voice I chose had a British accent. While charming, it wasn't what we needed for our client. ProVoice could not have been more accommodating to make the necessary adjustments and they had them done the same day. Following that - there were more changes - all on our side. Again - they came in to the rescue. The end-product is exactly what we want and need. Thank you to all that jumped in to help.
