Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us, Mary! We are a bit sad to hear that you find some of our scents strong, but were happy to help you out with your return. Your satisfaction is our goal! We do make every effort to ensure our scents are derived from natural sources of plants, flowers and oils, but we also understand everyone has varying tolerances to different scents, and we must do our best to appeal to the masses. Someday, we hope to spread the word enough that the demand for unscented versions of each of our products will be high enough to allow us to offer our customers that choice. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, and we look forward to serving you in the future!

Thank you for your feedback, Juanita. Yes, we strive to reach every inquiry within 48 hours, and we're glad we didn't leave you waiting beyond that. Although we always hope to provide our customers with a 5-star experience, things sometimes happen. We hope the free product and our sincere apology for the shipping mix up helps us redeem ourselves for the shipping mix up and we can earn those other two stars and your confidence back! Either way, you can rest assured that we will make every effort to ensure your next experience is 5-star all the way! We appreciate your feedback, and we hope you enjoy your microscopically clean experience.

Thank you for your feedback, Francis. We're not sure what aspect of the website you're having trouble with, but we'd love to hear from you to see what the problem was, as it appears to be working on our end. More details are needed to assist you with that issue. As for efficacy there's no need to purchase a pricey "germ protector" OR to just take our word for it. Scientific studies have been done, and you can find examples of those on our website under the "Research & Studies" tab on our site's menu bar. We would be happy to send you a copy of our e-book, as well, that also has valuable information. Please email us at [email protected] for further assistance. We appreciate your business and review!

Hello J.A., thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it! We're glad you're enjoying the results in softness--that's those little good guys cleaning up your skin and letting your natural skin glow through! Although our Serum isn't necessarily meant to reduce fine lines, we have had MANY customers experience softer fine lines as a result of using the Serum. It's the combination of how it attracts and holds moisture in the skin and the natural way the probiotics clear your skin of dead cells, oils and contaminants. Enjoy your true glow and softness!
