Horrible! This is a scam. None of the things that they promised have helped me. Now I am thousands of dollars in debt. They do not tell you the truth and get you to buy property that you cannot sell unless you hire an attorney and pay another $2000.

Every seminar was an upsale for the next one. I didn't go to one just to be told about the next one and pay 600 for that one just to be told about the one for 40k. It's been 6 months and we never received the smart watch that we were supposed to have received during the first one. Straight scam.

The 3 day training seminar was informative but the hard sell was not good. I ended up spending $20k for what was supposed to make me money right back only to find out that you have to pay even more to get into their 'real' system for 'coaching' :( It has been 3 months now and I have transferred some money to a self directed IRA so I can try to make the most of the $20k that I paid and maybe earn some of it back, but the portfolio manager just gives me lists of empty lots in Florida that look like I would be lucky to get the money back on if/when I sell them :( I also did not get the free prize that they lured us in with :( I also did not feel safe maxing out my credit cards when it now seems apparent that I won't be getting income to pay them off :( I think that is bad advice.

No free watch or Starbucks card! It’s all a gimmick! A bunch of scammers taking minority money. They really should be ashamed of themselves!

Great presentation and I can’t wait to go to the 3 day seminar.

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed our presentation. We look forward to seeing you at the 3-day workshop, Richard!
From my experience and my business partners experience, don't bother moving on after the 3 day seminar. I we invested so we could move forward to a portfolio manager and the 6 week course was mandatory. If you're a seasoned investor, you will not learn anything new. Waste of time and mental energy. My partner is still waiting to purchase tax liens as promised. After we made the investment to move forward to Portfolio manager it seemed like a chase to get what we needed. We didn't invest to chase you guys! Currently waiting on a response back....

If you take the time to read any of the 5-star reviews on Trustpilot, you will realize no one has yet taken the class. I did a 5-star review to get some trinket as I recall, and was excited about the class. So here is my post-class review. To be accurate, the class is actually still going on. I was kicked out. I was a couple minutes late for the first day, and apparently missed when they said we were forbidden to exchange phone numbers with anyone else in the class. I get no photos or no audio recordings, but NO PHONE NUMBERS of classmates? I will be charging back the $597 for the class on my credit card. The content in the first half of the class before I was kicked out was actually 4 out of 5 in terms of generating time savings for folks serious about doing this. It provides the groundwork to enable productive research to drive a more focused and successful effort on your own. 1. Unless you have no money or credit, you do not need these boneheads. 2. Phil Pustejovsky is a rock star, and his content is free on You Tube. 3. As long as you have a job and own your house now, just use a signed lease as proof of income for property 1 to buy property 2. House 1 will lose 25% of the purchasing power of the rent to account for maintenance, FYI. But they didn't like that idea because it doesn't butter their bread (high-cost financing).

Hello Sandra, We appreciate your feedback. After speaking with our representatives at the event, it looks like when a member of our staff approached you about violating this policy, you created a scene and our staff had no choice but to escort you from the event. We have a strict policy on networking with other students during the event as it becomes distracting and takes away from the learning experience. We have over 450 reviews on trustpilot, over 100 on google, and more on the BBB. While many of our ratings come after the free seminar, we have several reviews from students that have taken part in our mentoring and advanced programs. Overall, we apologize for the mishap that occurred at the event, but we are dedicated to providing a safe and focused learning environment to all of our students. Had you abided by the policies we have in place for the event, you would not have been dismissed from the seminar. We are willing to refund you for your purchase for the $597. However, if you have filed a dispute with your bank, this will prolong the process and we are unable to issue a refund until the dispute is dropped. Please contact us at 844-292-2156 at your earliest convenience so that we can assist you.
