I initially paid for an advanced plan, what I received was an incomplete basic plan. They used my survey I sent and added one shed, not the two existing that was on my property (which can be see via satellite). They did not update the site plan, as via satellite you can clearly see the updates from the original survey. They utilized incorrect setbacks, which means they don’t look up your towns requirements. They gave me a 40’ setback all around structures. I have no 40’ setback. I also had questions submitted with my order that were not answered. I am going 2-stars because I did receive the plan in a timely manner, and I did receive a FULL REFUND.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are committed to accuracy and customer satisfaction, which is why we issued you a full refund immediately upon your request and provided you with unlimited free updates to ensure the plan met your specific needs. To clarify a few points regarding our process: Property Details: We use the survey provided by the client as the primary legal baseline. While we cross-reference satellite imagery, trees or structures can sometimes be obscured, which is why we offer unlimited revisions to add any missing elements like your second shed. Local Setbacks: Zoning requirements vary significantly by municipality. We provide draft setbacks based on standard professional buffers, and we always encourage clients to use our free revision service to input their specific town-mandated dimensions once confirmed. Value Received: While we regret that the initial draft didn't meet your expectations, you currently retain the full site plan draft at no cost. We aim to be a collaborative partner for our clients, and we're sorry we didn't have the chance to finalize these details through our revision process. We wish you the best with your project."

This was needed in a hurry for a new construction zoning review. It was able to get the permit issued but not for the foundation build, I needed a surveyor for that. The turn around time was amazing. Communication was great.
