Delivery was simple. Took some time to get it scheduled but that was only because of the item I was shipping. The 4 wheeler was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I would definitely use them again.

First, they take a CCRD assuming you are paying for the entire cost. No mention on the contract that you need to pay the driver cash upon delivery. Then for the deposit they changed me sales tax for a tax exempt service. Communication was not as told. Driver was supposed to call 30 minutes before pick up. Not done he called when he got to the pu spot. Terrible company to work with.

I have been trying to get my Honda Ridgeline transported from IAAI in New Jersey to Pennsylvania but the price was expensive and with delays. Fortunately, Charles of ProShip Auto came to my rescue. He was extremely helpful throughout the process of picking up the vehicle from IAAI and to my location at a reasonable cost. No extra cost was added to the agreed amount. I discussed with Charles late in the afternoon on 4/22/24 and to my surprise, the my truck was delivered the next day 11:20 AM with no issues. Thank you Charles. I will definitely work with you next time. Thanks!!
