Melissa H. was my writer. She did an excellent job writing me a resume and cover letter. All my qualifications were put together in a very clear and professional manner. I started getting interviews within just a few days of getting my new resume. I would definitely recommend this service.

I had an excellent experience working with Melissa from ProResume Solutions. She responded to my inquiry very quickly and the entire process was very professional and well done. Melissa was very patient and guided me throughout the entire process - from collecting relevant information on my experience and background, to determining what type of roles I was applying for, to updating and restructuring my resume, while giving me guidance on how to cater my resume for future job applications - she made this entire (sometimes overwhelming) process very easy! She went above and beyond the resume service I was using and answered all my questions about cover letters and even gave me valuable tips to aid with the entire job application process. My experience with ProResume Solutions has been absolutely outstanding! I cannot thank them enough! They did a very thorough job and was able to highlight all my experiences and successes in a way I wouldn't have been able to. ProResume Solutions definitely knows how to maneuver through the ever-changing hiring process and will be able to cater your resume to whatever job you are looking to land. I am very pleased with the level of service and final product I received! 100% would recommend and well worth the investment!

All I can say is Melissa knows what she is doing. She used my old resume and asked me a few easy questions and after 2 iterations, my resume has never been better. 10/10 recommend.

It has been years since I have written a resume, probably the early 2000s. I know things have changed. I have attempted to update mine myself, but needing a career change, I wasn't sure what to do. I knew I needed professional help. Melissa took what I gave her and created a beautiful resume. She also gave me very useful tips. The response was quick and easy to understand. I love this service and will be using again as needed. I highly recommend to anyone needing an extra edge with their resume and applicant skills. Melissa also provided me with a guide for interviewing tips (which I mentioned needing help with). Awesome Service!
