Response from Propfirmmatch.com· Oct 4, 2024
Hi Suzana, We never ignored any reviews submitted to us and we ensure that both our support and compliance teams carefully review each one. However, we need to conduct a thorough investigation first before we publish anything, which includes verifying submitted proofs and, when necessary, contacting both the reviewer and the reported firm. In your case, the publication of your review was delayed because we provided additional time for you to submit your proof of communication with Alpha Capital Group. However, we did not hear anything from you even after 2 weeks. Nevertheless, We still decided to publish the review as it was deemed valid based on the information available. Please understand that each review is handled individually and the timing of its posting is dependent on the complexity of the case and the TIMELY RESPONSES of the parties involved.
Always quick with their response time. My ticket was resolved within 24 hours
