Hello Hung, Being described as fast and trustworthy is exactly what the team always tries to deliver for every trader, so this means a great deal. Paula will certainly be glad to know her enthusiasm left such a strong impression. Thank you for your sincere words and wishing you good luck on the trading journey ahead!
Not only the support staff and whole website is amazing but also the prop firm match team! One firm has rejected my payout and closed my accounts.I reached out to Prop firm match and they payed me WITH THEIR OWN MONEY 40% of the payout request (without asking for anything in exchange!). This is unheard of in the prop firm industry. This gesture really helped get back on my feet. Thank you PFM for the support and great product you provide!

Hello Jan, Stepping in with real support is exactly the kind of gesture the team believes prop trading should be built on, and it means a great deal that it made such a tangible difference for you. Helping cover part of that payout, without asking anything in return, was simply the right thing to do when it mattered most. Thank you for trusting Prop Firm Match through such a difficult stretch. We're grateful to have supported you and wish you a strong recovery ahead.

Hello Serhiy, Being fast, real, and straightforward is exactly the reputation the team works hard to earn, so hearing it described that way is fantastic. Cristina will be especially glad to know she had your giveaway account sorted in fast. Thanks for the kind words, and congratulations again on the win. Wishing you many more ahead!
I have nothing but love for PropFirmMatch. The content on their streams by their hosts Luna, Zarb, Tmade Alex is educational and full of entertainment. Priceless. It really makes my day joining the stream first thing in the morning. They have guests dishing out high value alpha too. All my interactions with PFM have positive vibes and uplifting which is important to stay alive day trading. Their daily giveaways are of a great help to the community too. Their customer service on the discord is top notch. It is handled by real humans who interact with you professionally. Arnestez is great. He hadled my case with professalism, empathy and efficiently. A great value to the PFM team. I really cannot imagine my day without PFM in it.

Hello Esther, Hearing that mornings with Luna, Zarb, and Tmade Alex bring both education and entertainment to your day is exactly what the team hopes for, especially with real people, not scripts, behind the Discord support you experience. Arnestez in particular will be glad to know his patience and care left such a strong impression while handling your case. Thank you for being such an engaged member of our community. We look forward to seeing you on the next stream!
I’m satisfied with Prop Firm Match service so far, no complaints Especially the swift customer service and how the customer service agents always attended to Me in a professional and subtle manner on every encounter, I don’t see that everyday with other firms in the industry being a pro trader that I am. My recent encounter with a customer Agent, LANCE who helped me out my processing with my account redemption request under 24hrs and helped activate the account share feature on my PFM dashboard.

Hello Lawal, Coming from a pro trader who has dealt with plenty of firms across the industry, hearing that Prop Firm Match's professional, subtle approach stands apart says a great deal. Lance getting your account redemption processed fast is exactly the kind of follow-through the team aims to deliver every time. Thank you for your continued trust in Prop Firm Match. Wishing you smooth trading ahead!
High-quality product and analytics, live streams of real trading on the CME (futures and CFDs), online giveaways of free accounts, and prop firm verification! They also know how to unite the prop community in times of crisis. For example, when accounts suddenly disappeared on AlphaFutures recently, they gathered a pool of companies that gave away free Challenge and Instant Funded accounts!

Hello Ivan, Uniting a pool of partner firms to hand out free accounts after an unfortunate situation was a genuine team effort, so knowing it stood out to you alongside the live streams and analytics means a great deal. Moments like that are where the community really needs Prop Firm Match to show up, and it is good to hear it did. Thank you for standing with the community during that stretch. Here's to more smooth sailing ahead!

Much love to everyone in the PFM team for all the outreach and work you all do. I am excited to try my very first Lucid Pro account over Rithmic connection, seen and heard much from everyone on the team. Wishing the best for our community to keep on growing. 😁👍
