I'm new to this platform, like 2 months in, so it might not be the best time to give a review. However, I was sent a request, so here is my response. This tool is quite effective, but the learning aspect of it is quite challenging. Hopefully, this will change soon.

I’ve been really happy with PropertyShark. It’s simple and easy to get around, so I can find what I need without wasting time. Most importantly, the data is reliable, which is what matters. Would definitely recommend.

⭐ 1 Star — Worst Experience in the History of Worst Experiences The site is unnecessarily cumbersome, unintuitive, and frustrating to navigate. I barely used the service and absolutely will not be recommending it. The customer service experience was equally disappointing. The entire platform felt more like a money grab than a useful professional tool. Most frustrating: I live and work in California, yet my account was stuck on New York, with no intuitive way to correct the location. For a property-data platform, making something as basic as changing your market this difficult is ridiculous. Overall, an expensive and unpleasant experience with very little value to show for it. Please leave me alone. I will not be returning.
