Property MatrixReviews of propertymatrix.com

Property Matrix

Property Matrix has been a pleasant service program to work with. Having to go from our old program to their program was manageable and very understandable. The team work they provide is excellent and very prompt. The less amount of work that can be done through their program is life saving and I highly recommend this service to anyone.

Property Matrix has all the bells and whistles that we wanted, while still being affordable and easy to operate. Their customer service/support team is outstanding! Implementation of a new software is always troublesome, but their team broke it down, so it wasn't so overwhelming. They are available to answer our plethora of questions via chat, email or phone and have a great set of articles for self-guided help that answer many questions. There are a few minor nuances that are odd, but they take customer feedback very seriously and are currently constructing an update that will remove those oddities. Again, their customer service/support team is outstanding!

Basic functions are a good foundation. Flexible to a degree so can be slightly modified in most areas to better fit our needs. Ability to integrate documents (rental application, lease agreement, etc. ) and other software packages (credit screening software, banking, etc.) . Customer support is very timely and extremely helpful. Live support is a huge plus!

New City Management goal is to run as efficiently as possible. We embrace technology to allow our managers and service managers to focus on our residents. Property Matrix makes it possible to manage our portfolio from one cloud-based platform that includes solutions for marketing, leasing, resident retention, payment processing and more.

Powerful software with fantastic support team. It does everything we need and more and does it well. Highly recommend this software. We even use it for mini storages.

The best rental software I have ever used. Easy to learn and has short cuts that reduce steps. Property Matrix is a very thorough software. Easy to learn and customer service is the best. If there is not a report that you need, customer service will set one up for you. If you need customized field for data, they will also set those up. Only con I have found is that if you run a report on the screen and leave the report section, you will have to totally rerun the report rather than just refresh .

We are happy with this program. The support team is very helpful and they are always answering the questions we have. The program is very easy to use. If for any reason you are not able to figure something out or you forget, you just call them and they help you right away.
