Try to reach out to get money back and was told had to wait full year for refund. I tried to contact company via email and call. All number disconnected and email site not reachable. Stay away from this disreputable company. worst experience ever and still out &1388.00 with no recourse or way to get my money back. This company should.be shut down Agents beware.

I signed up with PropertyFound after…
I signed up with PropertyFound after being promised qualified real estate leads. My credit card was charged, however I have not received the services that were represented to me.
I have made multiple attempts to contact the company by phone and email. The phone number is consistently busy, and the website (propertyfound.net) is currently not functioning.
As a real estate professional, I value transparency and integrity. At this point, I am requesting either immediate contact from the company to resolve this matter or a full refund of the fees charged.
I hope this review prompts a response, as I would prefer to resolve this professionally and amicably.

Property found has disappeared
Property found has disappeared. Their numbers are no longer in service, their website is not being answered or updated. They basically took my money and scammed me. Sad. I thought they were really nice. They are not. Do NOT give them any money if they are coming up under a different phone number or website. I don't have their last name but their first names, at least what they told me, were Nina and Noah.

SCAM! Do not trust this company!!!
I paid $2588 for 100 Guaranteed leads. The support department disconnected their number and now I can not get ahold of anyone. I have a signed contract. This company is a complete SCAM!
Yes 100 not 1000 of witch I have counted 13 leads that I have received.
1 of them is a Realtor not looking for my help
2 of which I am calling daily and can not get an answer from.
3 the person who is looking to sell and who you spoke with is not on title, and does not have the right to sell the house. These are not valid leads.
I am suppose to receive a notification from Nina support to let me know when I have received a new lead. The number +1 (786) 952-7254 is disconnected and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone.
We can not call a lead valid when the client can’t legally sell the home, or the seller says they were never looking for help from a realtor they just want 400k cash above market value for their home.
These leads Do not make any sense and are not Qualified.
I have 13 total in the spreadsheet provided by your company. The number you provided is completely wrong.
Please contact me so we can get clarity on this matter.

Hello Yvonne,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and for the frustration this situation has caused. We take client concerns seriously and would like to clarify the facts.
As per the signed agreement, the service purchased was for 100 verified leads over a one-year period, not 1,000 leads. This is clearly stated in your contract and reflected in the shared tracking spreadsheet.
To date, 58 verified leads have already been delivered and assigned, all of which are documented. Lead volume slowed temporarily due to the December holiday season, which affects the real estate market industry-wide. We have already committed to compensating for this delay in the coming weeks.
Our company has not shut down communication. If you faced difficulty reaching us, we apologize for that disruption. You can contact us directly at [email protected]
, and our team will assist you promptly.
We operate with signed contracts, transparent reporting, and documented service delivery, and we remain fully committed to fulfilling our agreement.

3 Months, $2,500 Spent, 0 Results – Now Ghosted
I invested in the $2,500 plan with PropertyFound, which promised an account manager and 100 leads per year (approx. 8–10 per month). After 3 months, the experience has been a nightmare.
The Reality: I received only 4 leads total (instead of the 24–30 promised). All 4 were completely unresponsive.
My account manager, Nina, blamed the "holiday season" and guaranteed replacements that never arrived.
The Ghosting:
I am still waiting on a response. For the past 3 weeks, both Nina and Sean (who sold me the plan) have completely ghosted me. They are not replying to emails, and Sean’s phone is now completely unavailable without any heads-up.
Evidence & Warning:
I have screenshots of all our chat history and the leads provided to prove exactly how this agreement was handled. I waited 3 weeks to post this because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is ridiculous.
I originally trusted this company based on Trustpilot reviews—don’t be fooled. They sound legitimate during the sales pitch, but they are unreliable and do not honor their agreements. Stay away!

Hello Teja,
We’re truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment you’re expressing, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. We understand how upsetting this experience feels, and we want to address the points raised with clarity and transparency.
Regarding lead delivery:
As outlined in the signed agreement, your plan includes 100 verified leads delivered over a 12-month period, with delivery dependent on market activity and lead availability. The figure of “8–10 per month” is an estimate, not a fixed monthly guarantee. December and early January historically see significant slowdowns in real estate inquiries, which impacted lead flow during this period.
According to our records, leads have been delivered and logged in your client portal, and additional leads were scheduled as part of the compensation plan discussed due to holiday seasonality. Lead responsiveness can vary and is influenced by timing, follow-up strategy, and buyer/seller readiness; however, all leads provided were real inquiries, not fabricated data.
Regarding communication:
We sincerely apologize if you felt unsupported. There was no intention to ignore or “ghost” you. Temporary disruptions occurred due to internal scheduling and holiday closures, but our company has remained fully operational. Your account manager and our support team are available, and we are actively responding to client communications.
Regarding guarantees:
All refund and replacement terms are governed strictly by the signed agreement. Since services were delivered and the account remained active, the refund conditions outlined in the contract were not triggered. That said, we remain committed to fulfilling the agreed lead allocation and resolving concerns constructively.
We respect that you have screenshots and records—our system also maintains time-stamped delivery logs and communication history, and we are confident in the documentation supporting our service.
We encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected]
so we can review your account in detail and move forward toward a resolution. Our intention has always been to deliver value and honor our agreements.
