Customer service is outstanding, they provide answers to my questions & directions for things I don't understand about their ordering process, & respond quickly to follow-up questions. Their policy on re-makes of custom items is also outstanding, as well as their free shipping to & from me. They offer both "ready-made" & customized clothes (where every detail is customizable). Can't ask for a better company than this.

I've tried 4 other custom shirt places and Proper Cloth beats them all. Best quality, best customer service and fast shipping. There have been a few times where the shirts I got didn't fit right, but they make returning and adjustments easy.
