I have been buying Proper Cloth clothing for several years now, and my closet is virtually ALL Proper Cloth clothing; not really but there are few items left from what I was wearing before. The fit is perfect once you get your measurements to where you are happy with the feel on your body, and the quality is top notch. I am VERY happy with the experience.

Good fabric selection and a great company to deal with. Complimentary remake on first shirt is a big help in nailing down the size

- Shirt 3/4 inch bigger than ordered chest+midsection dimensions after a laundry cycle - Ordered remake, arrives weeks later, too small. - Very polite customer services but don't answer the questions asked - pre-canned answers sent in a rush. There are easier ways to buy a good custom shirt, I give up. Refund promised.

Every shirt has fit perfectly. Off-the-rack looks awful on me because my torso is disproportionately long for my height. It took a couple of tries (all free) before we got my size dialed in and since then I order with 100% confidence. I've had to use customer service several times in order to ensure the best fit and they were universally superb.

Customer service is prompt, approachable and informative. Many avenues are provided to you to get a shirt that works for you. Definitely read as much information as you can on their website and guides before ordering, and/or go to the store in person.
