The custom sizing is abysmal - I can order the same measurements in two different fabrics, and one will be 1" wider or longer than the other. This is after following their washing/drying recommendations precisely. I've returned several shirts, and every time they have confirmed the shirt was outside their accepted tolerances for measuring. If you're going to order from them, be prepared to order two shirts for each new fabric. If another store comes on the scene that has as much customization and as many fabric options for shirts, I will likely stop buying from Proper Cloth. I'm certainly going to look elsewhere for pants and jackets.

One of the best tailored premium shirt experience in the market, outstanding fabrics and fit, great customer service and care. Had to do a refit and it worked seamlessly. I have 5 shirts, my favorites.
