As a first time buyer of shirts from proper cloth, I will now be a long-term customer. Their website was easy to use and the selection of fabrics was outstanding. My first shirt came in, not quite fitting, right (likely my measurements) but discussion with the customer service team and getting some fit suggestions they remade a second shirt for me absolutely free, which fits perfectly. Now I’m going to be looking into purchasing suits from proper cloth.

The Proper Cloth Representative was fantastic to work with. She was very knowledgeable of the products offered and rapidly addressed my concerns with a previous product. She suggested a try on kit to adjust the product to my specifications. She was also helpful in identifying new products to explore. I look forward to continuing to work with her.
