Harold Helt of Proper Insurance was my adjuster for a property and loss of business income claim. He contacted me within 24 hours of my initial report of the loss, provided clear information on how to proceed, and processed my report and receipts without delay. All while maintaining regular communication with me about the status of the claim. Excellent service, excellent communication.
