Rubbish - just false positives

Several of my Australian customers are 'protected' by Proofpoint, probably without their knowledge. That is to say, their providers have deployed Proofpoint. Proofpoint blocks all of my legitimate emails to these clients, forcing me to communicate with them using a non-branded email address. Despite numerous attempts to contact Proofpoint through all of their communication channels, they refuse to respond at all. Proofpoint is not serving the interests of its customers and is obstructing their desire for effective communication.

Le service/support est TRÈS MÉDIOCRE ! 29 mails et contact via leur interface pour déblacklister une IP saine prise depuis janvier chez mon hébergeur, sans AUCUNES RÉPONSES à ce jour ni, bien sur de déblacklistage ! Nous ne pouvons écrire ou mieux répondre à nos clients, assurances et autres ! Le dernier mail envoyé hier justement... Leur réponse automatique... "a été supprimé sans être lu le mercredi 9 juillet 2025 08:19:36 (UTC-07:00) Mountain Time (US & Canada).". Vous bloquez les honnêtes gens et empêchez les entreprises de travailler ! 1 étoile, c'est beaucoup trop vu que le service est 0 !
