Hi, thanks for sharing your experience. Our Discord bans are only issued when our moderation team detects activity that violates our rules, including botting or attempts to manipulate campaign participation. We take this seriously because it protects our clients, our creators, and the integrity of payouts across the platform. If you believe this was a mistake, you’re welcome to contact our team with your Promote username and Discord username so we can review it. That said, if an account was removed for botting, the decision is final. We appreciate legitimate creators who participate fairly and follow the rules.
