I gave promoDealer a poor review due to the fact that I was offered a $75.00 gift card for a $500.00 purchase. After the purchase was made Seth apologized to me and said it was for 500 items. I originally asked about free shipping on the purchase. That's when I was offered the gift card. The USB drives I purchased were very nice. That's one way to get a sale I guess.... Offer a promotion and then retract it... Oh well..

My order of branded USB sticks was supposed to be held at PromoDealer while I finished a document that was to be pre-loaded onto the USB sticks. I worked out this arrangement with my sales rep, and she assured me that this was no problem. Instead, a few days later I received notification that my order had shipped. Now I will be pre-loading 150 USB sticks myself. Very disappointing.
