I found the perfect dress!!! I contacted Prom headquarters because of the positive reviews!!! Trust me they did not disappoint!! Leigh contacted me before placing the order to ensure the sizing was right. She stated the dress size I was ordering did not seem appropriate for my measurements. She encouraged me to have them done by a professional. So I went to a local alterations shop, there was a male that measured me. He did not take the time to measure me correctly and gave me the wrong measurements. Trust me he will get a review. She questioned the measurements as well, states they still don’t seem quite right for my size. According to his measurements I would have needed a larger size, one that was not available to ship and arrive prior to my Nurses Ball. She advised me to go to a different shop for measurements, and that’s what I did. This lady measured me correctly and I was able to order the dress I fell in love with. When I tell you that Leigh is awesome!! She worked with me for 3 days to ensure my satisfaction. Thank you Leigh!! For all of my future events I will order my dresses from Prom Headquarters!! Very friendly polite and very professional!!!

Ms. Jones. Thank you so much for trusting us! Ordering online can be stressful, and we know how important it is to feel confident about the sizing. That is exactly why we take the extra time for a personal fit consultation. When Leigh noticed the initial numbers didn't align with the designer's official size chart, we knew we had to pause and double-check to ensure we were sending a gown that offers a safe fit. You were absolutely wonderful to work with through all the back-and-forth. Thank you for being so patient and taking the time to get re-measured until the details were accurate. Securing this dress was a true team effort, and it only happened because you were so open to that verification process. We can't wait for you to wear it! Please send us pictures, Prom Headquarters Team

Sara, thank you for trusting us with your daughter's prom dress! When a highly requested Alyce gown is no longer available directly from the designer, the search can get stressful. We were so glad to check our own formal wear inventory and find that exact style for you. Securing the dress is always a team effort between our stylist and the parent. Leigh enjoyed working with you during the personal fit consultation to double-check the measurements and ensure the size shipping out offers a safe fit for your daughter. An order like this only comes together because you were so open and responsive to that verification process. Until the big night! Please send us pictures, Prom Headquarters Team
I ordered a dress online from Prom Headquarters and within the next 24 hours my order was reviewed. Unfortunately, the dress I had ordered didn't come in the correct size I needed. A representative was very helpful over the next few days helping me determine an alternative dress that was in my size, the right color, and the right style. Communication was clear, consistent, and kind. (The representative reached out over phone the first couple of times to discuss options until texting was a better option. I greatly appreciated the initial phone call to start the conversation.) Any questions I needed answered were handled accurately and even additional advice was given for my dress. Eventually, we found a dress I liked and it was ordered with not issues! An amazing experience!

Olivia, thank you for taking the time to share all of this! From the very first call, you were so easy to work with through the whole process — you knew what you wanted, asked the right questions, and stayed open to options even when the original dress didn't work out. That kind of patience and communication is what made it possible to find something just as beautiful in the right size and color. Your original dress wasn't available in your size, so we got to work finding one that checked every box — and we're really glad we did. We hope you have the absolute best night — you put in the effort to make sure everything was perfect, and it's going to show. 🎀 Prom Headquarters

Ms. Poutre, We appreciate you being open to our personal fit consultation. Our standard is to verify the fit details against the designer's official chart to determine the safest size strategy before shipping. That verification process only works when customers are responsive—so thank you for working with us. With appreciation, Prom Headquarters Team
Diana could not have been more helpful tracking down the dress that my daughter fell in love with. She was so thorough with her attention and even had me send pictures of my daughter in the dress so she could see the fit. I cannot say enough about her care and her love for making people happy. She was truly invested in making my daughter feel beautiful for her prom. We cannot wait to get the dress.

Ms. O'Sullivan, Thank you for trusting us with your daughter's prom dress! When a dress captures your daughter's heart, our job is to track it down and make sure the fit is right. Reviewing photos of the actual fit allowed us to confirm the safest size strategy before the dress shipped—a step we always take when possible for formal wear orders. Getting the fit right was a team effort. Thank you for sending those photos and trusting the process. Until the big night, Prom Headquarters Team
The folks at Prom HQ are very professional and knowledgable. They helped me get the very last dress in the country in the style, and color my daughter needed. They are trustworthy and will deliver what they say they will deliver. Thank you!

Ms. Taylor, Thank you for trusting us with your daughter's prom dress! When we began processing your order, we immediately identified this was the last dress available nationwide in that size, style, and color. We reached out right away to verify your daughter's measurements so we could secure it before another store claimed it. Tracking down that dress worked because you were responsive and open to working through our personal fit consultation. That's how we handle formal wear orders—every detail confirmed before it ships. Many thanks, Prom Headquarters Team
Diana was very thorough in getting my daughter's measurements. We changed the size based on her expertise and recommendation before the order was finalized. Can't wait to receive the dress!

Ms. Reeve, Thank you for trusting us with your daughter's prom dress! Before any formal wear order ships, we reach out to verify each customer's measurements against the designer's official size chart—and an order like this only comes together because you were open to working through that process with us. Every dress is different, so we always analyze the silhouette and fit to determine the safest size strategy. We hope the dress exceeds expectations when it arrives! With appreciation, Prom Headquarters Team
