Hi Shelley, thank you for your kind words! That's exactly why we called our platform "Projectworks" - because we wanted to make a platform where projects just work, and where we take all the tedious, boring admin off your plate. We’re thrilled to hear that Projectworks is fitting the way your consulting business operates. That’s exactly the kind of flexibility we aim to deliver. We’re also really glad to hear you’ve had a great experience with our support team. With team members now across the US, UK, and AU/NZ time zones, we’re committed to being responsive no matter where you are (feel free to get in touch at [email protected]!). We’re always working to make Projectworks more intuitive, while still offering the depth teams like yours need. Thanks again for sharing how you’re using Projectworks across time tracking and project financial reporting - it’s great to see that full picture in action!
