Said the $3500 projector was in stock on the website. Took 4 days to find out it wasn't in stock actually for another 4 months. Took another 5 days to get a refund. Also never received an order status email when I first placed the order. Horrendous experience!

When proceeded to order it was clearly stated that products selected were eligible for Free Shipping. To my surprise I just received an email with an 'updated' Shipping quote for $170, which I find absurd. Thinking of cancelling the order.

bait and switch. Ordered one projector and was told after I ordered it that it wasnt available but that another more expensive one was! Amazing coincidence.

We're sorry you feel that way. You ordered a refurbished projector that sold to someone else before your order processed. We notified you right away, and offered you an in-stock alternative. When you stated the alternative was not acceptable, we refunded you in full without delay or question. I'm very sorry we could not fill your order as you wished, but we didn't bait'n'switch you sir... we simply tried to offer you an alternative in case it helped you. Good day, and good luck to you.
The product was not in stock but that is not indicated on the website. I had to order the product and wait a day for a sales rep to email me and tell me that it wasn't available. I wasted 24 hours or so on your website. This is terrible customer service and a waste of my time and yours.

My product is back ordered and i was not informed upfront.I still do not know when my product will get to me and my money is in your pocket now. Not good business in my mind.

Decided to tell me after the order that there is a 10 day lead, which I am guessing means you drop ship and do not store anything in house. So I cancelled, have to wait for the refund, then find another place to buy one from.

Amy: I'm very sorry this happened, but this just recently went end of life. I did a quick search online, and all of my major competitors still have this on their sites as well. This happens for a great number of reasons, but mainly it's due to the part going EOL between pricing updates from the manufacturer. We've removed the item from our site and apologize for the confusion, but this is something that happens from time to time.
