There had been an issue in the shipping of one of the toys. I really didn't expect anyone to take notice of my complaint, but they did promptly with a quick resolve. Very pleasant to interact with friendly professionals.

I needed to return/get a replacement for a toy I ordered. Communication was quick and easy and I was very satisfied with the resolution.Customer service was excellent. The only negative was that the replacement took quite awhile to arrive.

Toys like I’ve imagined to have instead of the commercial plastic ones- I just don’t know where to find them before you came along

The order was shipped fairly promptly. The item did arrive with a bashed in box, but checking the item, I found it to be undamaged.

These toys are perfect for my niece and nephew! Age appropriate, keeping little minds active and problem solving, while promoting dexterity and imagination. The Christmas gifts I sent were BIG HITS, not only with the children but with their parents. Toys are well made. Shipping takes a little longer than usual.
