The delivery service gets a zero rating. But the patient help from your customer service person gets you five stars.

Hi there, Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear about the delivery experience, but we’re thrilled that our customer service was able to help. Your kind words truly mean a lot to us! Kind regards, Project Montessori
Poor customer support. Expedited shipping not worth the extra cost. I ordered the Montessori Sensory toys and drawstring bag with expedited shipping (3-5 days) so the toys would arrive in time for my visit with my grandson. The toys weren’t even in the U.S. by that time. I sent five emails to the company and still no reply. Perhaps my review will get their attention. UPDATE: my review worked and I received a full refund. Thank you.

Hi there, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience with the delay and the expedited shipping. We’re currently experiencing a high volume of support tickets during this busy period, and we sincerely apologize for not getting back to you sooner. Please share your order details with us, and we’ll look into this immediately to make things right. Kind regards, Project Montessori
Based on your company name being tied to Montessori (one of the best preschools in California) I had higher expectations of the product. I paid more than this product is worth. Lesson learned.

I ordered a felt Christmas tree on Nov 7th and still have not received it. I have sent four emails asking for help and several phone calls. I received one reply telling me they would get right back to me but just radio silence. So disappointing. Have asked for a refund to my CC but still no reply.

The quality and the variety of the wooden instruments I ordered are amazing - so glad I found your webpage when I was searching. I ordered these to put in shoeboxes for Samaritans purse Operation Christmas Child. The shoeboxes are filled with fun items like musical instruments to be given to children across the world to show the love of Christ- and music is a universal way to do that. Thank you ! God bless

The packaging was unsatisfactory. I am surprised the guitar was not damaged.
