I was once a senior top review critic with many thousands of people reading my reviews from all over the world. That was until I read 6 out of every 10 reviews are FAKE. I did some research on this subject and discovered it's a massive lucrative industry worth millions of pounds. There are such a thing as trained professional reviews who write very convincing reviews influenceding you to buy what ever products you are thinking of buying. My advise if your is Look at at least 4/5 review platforms. I personally use Trustpilot as a rough guide but they are not 100% trustworthy but as a reasonable guide. The more reaserch you can look into the better. Which consumer magazine are good but some of there advise is suspect. It's your call. It's your money. Lastly The more reaserch & time you can devote to reaserching the better.

Can't get anyone on the phone, glasses were wrong after explaining what I needed written and to someone who must've accidentally picked up the phone after calling for days to insure glasses would come out right. Only they got right was my refund.

Are these reviews made up? I received mine today and they are cheap tacky flimsy frames with useless lens! They are rubbish...do not do not buy these another web scam my fault.. I did research read reviews but the reading glasses you buy for 2 pound in home bargains are better people! Steer clear

Progressive trifocals are the worst glasses ever. Why do they make them with limited field of vision? God gave us peripheral vision to use. When I drive I just can't switch my eyes to the driver's side review mirror, I have to turn my head and readjust focus. Looking at the floor is distorted unless my nose is directly down. What an insane idea to not have the full lense the prescription. It's a money making scam. If we pay more for full surface lenses then we can see? Full lense vision should be standard. There's no brain adjustment, we just in learn to turn our head instead looking out of the corners of our eyes. How much detail is lost? Can't even read a street sign or the license plate of the car beside me. Or spread 4 pages of paper side by side and see all of them . Horrible design and useless. I see better without them

The progressive glasses didn’t work for me. Trying to return has been difficult. Never received emails but got one for a review. Go figure

I was not happy with the fit. The company has not been responsive to set up the return.

The reading part of my glasses is not correct. It’s blurry and I have to pick the glasses up off my face to be able to use the reading portion of my glasses. The previous glasses I got from your company did not do this.

Not worth my time to send back the plain glass spectacles I received........
