Broke down could not get ahold of anyone. When we finally did they transfer us back to the automated messaging. Ridiculous first impression of them. Definitely going to be switching our commercial insurance

They will agree to a policy,write it,quote you one quote and then a month later,they won’t honor it and force cancel your policy and say you owe them more than agreed and send your name to collections ,scammers,scammers scammers,they under writers are the worst crooks

Do NOT waste your time!. Please save yourself the trouble and heartache!. My work van was hit by another person, I was knocked out from the impact, the van jumped the curb and caused major damage underneath. A WITNESS to the accident talked to them and explained everything that happened. They said and i quote “you hit something prior to the incident, the accident didn’t cause damage underneath. No claim” this place will lie and try to find anyway possible to not pay you!. Currently saving up to retain lawyers! I don’t care if I break even they need to honor their contracts!.

Absolutely GARBAGE. They accepted the policy from my insurance agent, then turned around and said we had too many vehicles. Here’s hoping you get what’s coming to you. Bankruptcy!! That’s what you all deserve. I will tell EVERY ONE of our customers about my experience so they’ll think twice about using such a disgusting company.

Progressive commercial insurance is awful. Two yrs ago they charged my company twice for a monthly premium and took 10 business days to return it. Then my driver's trailer was rear ended. It was deemed the other driver's fault. 18 months later we are still waiting on total payoff since the trailer was totaled. Then they took the renewal premium out of my account after we canceled with them and switched to a different commercial insurance. Over $8000 taken... We are a small business and don't have that kind of disposable income in this economy. Thanks for once again screwing us over Progressive. Signed, A very disgruntled ex policy holder

After a recent hail storm we took our vehicle to a progressive drive through, were given a quote and told of ‘approved’ garages. It took a while to schedule our vehicle in a recommended garage, once we were able to have our vehicle looked at the repair was quoted 3 times the adjuster quote, and Progressive wasted no time totaling the car. When we asked for another quote we were told, “No, this has already taken too long. Have a nice day”. We failed to check reviews and went with a brokers recommendation, we learned a hard lesson. Our advice to anyone looking for automobile insurance, the reviews. Progressive is ranked last in the most likely to be renewed subcategory, there is a very good reason for this ranking.

Dont buy commercial from them. My truck flooded and they send a regular vehicle inspector to my heavy duty truck he check the oil and place he hands on mt rubber floor mat 2 weeks later. He say to replace to breaks but the truck wont run. almost 2 year later claim still open and i keep getting the run around. Horrible service all the way around. Everything is tactics to get you to quit!

Been with them for five years or more. No claims, no tickets and the vehicle is used less than 5000 miles a year. Price went up from $1200 a year to $1750 without any explanation or warning. If you are in Nevada I would look elsewhere.
