ordered a couple things and I was shipped some of the right items but a few this company scribbled out the item on the receipt and put something else down entirely

Can you email a copy of what was changed on your order to [email protected] because that does not sound right. It will be investigated and corrected.
I have been using your products over 30 years, and noticed that things have really gone down hill. The web site is terrible and a lot of the products are not like they used to be.

We are in the process of building a brand new website that will work better. Some of the original products we manufactured 30 to 40 years ago had to be changed due to EPA and VOC regulations. Everything changes sooner or later and sometimes not for the better. You should try some Anti-Static Showroom Shine - everyone loves it. Thanks for your review - brings back old memories!
