Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that our suggestions came across as an attempt to up-sell, that was not our intention. Our project manager’s role is to ensure our clients have all the information and options that could potentially benefit their business, but we understand how important it is to respect your original scope of work. To clarify, the only additional service discussed was business stationery, which was something you inquired about directly. Steve explained that this would be a separate service with its own cost, simply to keep everything transparent. We appreciate your trust in us for your logo design, and we’ll certainly take your comments on board to make sure our suggestions always come across as supportive rather than sales-driven. Wishing you continued success with your brand.
