"B" tech carried me though my concerns even when I was tired. He got back on the next day to continue to work with me. I have one more thing to do but need to be ordered. This team is Great to work with.

Its been over a year that I have my procolored printer and I love it … the support team is so helpful and they are there for me every time I need them… thank you all they help me get my machine up and running!!!

We already have the 2nd printer from Procolored. But what was impressive in the case of a defect was how incredibly great the support was. 3 days later the spare parts were on site. They were packed neatly and with the instruction to contact support first and not to replace anything independently. I was accompanied from the first minute by a technician who showed me exactly what to do. That is just as important to me as the printer itself. Thank you Procolored

I searched and searched and did so much research on all different brands and companies that make dtf printer and products I've used and tested many brands but nothing was as good as procoloreds printers and products I am very satisfied with my procolored k13 dtf printer the prints come out very clear and crisp the quality is unmatched and don't get me started on the customer support procolored is amazing and very friendly and supportive thank you procolored!
