No hassles; they guide me and help me solve any problems with my printer. This printer has kept me busy since May. I love it and definitely recommend it.

The customer service is helpful but constant issues from day to day are completely exhausting and take away from anything thing the printer can produce. Hoping for long term improvement and decline for need of customer services
