I would like to sincerely thank B-Engineer-Ethan for his outstanding help. He was incredibly patient, thorough, and very clear in his explanations, which made everything easy to understand. He helped me reset the system so I could change the ink in my printer. For some reason, my printer still wasn’t working properly, so he went above and beyond by helping me print something from his end to get my printer to recognize and print the colors correctly. I had been waiting quite a while to connect with an engineer, but in the end, it was absolutely worth it because I was fortunate to receive his assistance. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire process. the support team was of great assistance walking me through the whole process and making all adjustments my printer needed along with helping me with getting new software for my printer and giving maintenance tips,

I had to replace a printhead and it threw my alignment off. I could not get it on my own so I needed help. While I don’t like their service hours, they are extremely helpful and got the alignment fixed much faster than I could have. I have had this printer for a few years and have only needed their service a handful of times and only because of questions or my alignment.

DO NOT BUY FROM PROCOLORED. I could bore you with my experience, I won't. Zero UK base means when whatever machine you bought has issues, it will be on you to fix, using videos which are extemely difficult to comprehend. Luckily I ordered through Amazon, so after they dragged process of refund, Amazon stepped in. Refund took 3 weeks total, poor poor company. AVOID.

I love my printer and customer service goes above and beyond to help with any issues! They were happy to assist me and did so quickly to resolve my issue.

I was having issues with my printer (my own fault) and spent a while online with an engineer. He was very good and explained things perfectly. After following his instructions I am now able to print again. I've always ben happy with the print quality of my machine K13 Lite but struggled with ink issues. After working with the engineer I now know how to avoid these in the future and take better care of my machine. I would certainly purchase from Procoloured again as I found the customer service to be outstanding
