Take care of returning customers.

Quality is average for the price, nothing special. Returns are essentially impossible, so be prepared to keep whatever you buy—even if it doesn’t meet expectations. Customer service after the sale is extremely poor or nonexistent. I tried multiple times to resolve a return and got no help. I would not recommend this brand or buy from them again

I got a small pendant instead of the large that was ordered... currently waiting on a call back to hopefully fix the issue

I love the product but not so happy with your customer service.

Wanted to like proclamation but had many issues from the start. First the bracelet I received was clearly used and all scuffed up. Customer service was able to give me money back for this, but after a few weeks of wearing this bracelet it’s clear the quality is very poor. The rhodium coating is very thin and the bracelet was all tarnished within 2 weeks. Also noticed where it attaches to one of the ends had a crack in the link, again after only 2 weeks of use.

Compare to others, this jewelry is overpriced imo. Also couldn’t find a hallmark on the pendant I purchased. Taking it to a jeweler to get their expert opinion.
