I clicked on a lens in Amazon to buy, which was showing one company that I knew well and then when the order went through it was this company Procam. I tried to cancel the order immediately and couldn’t and contacted the company and told them I didn’t want to do business because of their refund policy and their low ratings everywhere and they told me if I return the lens as is not use it I will be refunded in full. I did just that turned it around in one day and they charged me a $500 restock fee telling me first that I tampered with the seal so they think I was in there and then change their story to. I broke the seal in any event they wouldn’t refund my restock charge. Amazon did it for me. Low ratings everywhere check them out and do not deal with this company. If you have any issue, you will get hammered.

⭐️⭐️ Very disappointing and frustrating customer service experience. I tried to purchase professional photography equipment from Pro Cam, and what should have been a simple purchase turned into an extremely frustrating experience. My purchase was initially denied, and when I contacted customer support to understand the reason and try to resolve the situation, I was met with an unacceptable level of customer service. I spoke with George and Frank, and unfortunately, both interactions were extremely unprofessional. I felt disregarded and poorly treated throughout the process. Communication was unnecessarily difficult, and neither representative was able to provide a satisfactory solution or meaningfully assist me in resolving the issue. As a customer who was genuinely trying to purchase professional photography equipment, I found the entire experience incredibly frustrating and, frankly, humiliating. The problem was not simply that my initial purchase was denied; it was the complete lack of effective communication and the way I was treated when I tried to get help. A company selling professional photography equipment should understand the importance of treating customers with respect and providing clear, professional customer support. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Pro Cam. I strongly regret trying to make this purchase and cannot recommend Pro Cam based on my experience. I am sharing this review so that other potential customers are aware of what happened and hopefully do not find themselves in the same situation. I sincerely hope Pro Cam takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service and communication with customers.

Ordered a lens on Amazon. Received the lens. While starting to peel the seal off the box, noticed that they have a 15% restocking fee on returns. Stopped peeling the label. Returned the box unopened. They still charged me the 15% restocking fee, noting that I "tampered" with the label and then claimed that the lens itself had wear on the back from being used. I did not even open the box, much less use the lens. Very disappointing customer service experience. I'm not the first person to have reported that the actual item being returned did not match their claims about the item being returned.

I ordered a Procapture Outdoor sports camera from this company. They claim their Procapture camera is better than their competitor's product. What did they doliver? A Go Pro. Inside the bubble wrapped delivery envelope the box was torn open. The box itself was light cardboard with the clear plastic of a display box. Parts were missing. This company appears to be buying other companies' returned products and selling them on, with "Procapture" just a front. This company is not to be trusted. Google search backs the Procapture company, saying that the Procapture camera is superior to the Go Pro. Don't trust this, the company is not trading in good faith.

DO NOT BUY from this seller. I bought a $433 flash from them via Amazon. They sent me a photo of a box claiming delivery no signature no door bell rung and I was home all day. When asked for replacement or refund they asked for a police report and since it was such a high value item I took the hassle of filing the report and still crickets. ZERO resolution and no product or no refund.

Wouldn’t recommend buying new photo gear from this store. They put stickers directly on the item boxes. Customer service is quick to respond after a negative review, but they want me to pay return shipping...

An order was placed with pro cam without requesting signature delivery. We were out of the country and unable to receive this package. I had a neighbor leave a note on our door, authorizing the release however “Procam” would not release it . I then called them asking them to deliver it without a signature and they refused. While I certainly understand porch piracy, we live in a gated community and this package would have been completely safe. I explained this to them three times and they refused each time. Their customer service is horrendous, ignoring their customers desires, regarding how their packages should be delivered. Had I known they were going require a signature I would never have ordered from them. Next time listen to your customers. If you require a signature STATE THAT prior to taking anyone’s hard earned money.
