David, while we understand your frustration, your review contains misleading statements. You did receive part of your order — including the trailer hitch — and even made a video expressing your satisfaction with the build quality. This important context is omitted here. Regarding the roof rack, delays were caused by manufacturing issues outside our control. While communication should have been clearer, we have been transparent about challenges and are committed to resolving them. We ask readers to note that calling us “trash” and “con artists” does not reflect the reality of our work or our intentions. Prius Overlanding remains committed to delivering innovative products and supporting every customer fairly.

Garth, thank you for sharing your feedback. However, your review contains inaccuracies that we need to address. All of our lift kits ship with printed instructions and a QR code that links to detailed installation videos. Additionally, no other customers have reported CV joint failures with our kits, and our internal testing has never reproduced the issue you describe. We believe the problem may have been related to installation rather than the kit itself. Calling the product a “boat anchor” without acknowledging these facts misrepresents our work and unfairly damages our reputation. We stand behind the quality of our products and encourage you — and any customers with concerns — to contact us directly so we can resolve issues properly.

Hi Sarah, I want to provide an important update for clarity and fairness. Your husband’s order was refunded months prior to this review update, and we have confirmation of that refund being processed successfully. While we acknowledge there was a delay, it is not accurate to continue stating that no refund was ever issued. Your repeated claims that our company is a “scam” are not only misleading but also damaging to our reputation. These statements cross into defamation, especially given that the matter was resolved with a refund. Words like these have real consequences for small businesses like ours, and while we are always open to criticism when we fall short, labeling us in such a way is harmful and untrue. We continue to stand by our commitment to doing right by our customers, even through challenges and growing pains. We appreciate the opportunity to set the record straight here.
