Such an easy process and completely anonymous! Anonymity was my biggest selling point and the testing labs know that from the get go. Turn around times are quick and results are clear and easily understandable. RX filled instantly. I highly recommend Priority STD Testing!

We understand exactly how frustrating it is to be waiting for results or needing treatment when necessary. We're at the mercy of Quest when it comes to result times, and in rare cases they are delayed due to circumstances out of our control. Unfortunately this did occur over the holiday when our physicians were out and unable to authorize treatment, therefore there wasn't anything we could do to expedite the process. We're refunding your treatment consult fee to compensate your time. Please let us know if you have any questions and we'll be happy to assist.

Thank you for the positive feedback! We take pride in providing a high level of customer service to our patients.
Easy sign-up, super easy collection, and VERY fast results e-mailed to me. The results were there in less than 48 hours, and that included the Thanksgiving holiday.

No need to worry needlessly when peace of mind is just a few key strokes away. This group did what they say on line, all was kept confidential even at the collection point and price wise well with-in acceptable limits. My results were 3 days and no treatment necessary what more could ask for!

We take pride in providing the best patient experience possible in a difficult situation. Thank you for the positive review!
I can't express enough how pleased I am with the quality, professionalism, and personalization of customer service the team provided. This is particularly refreshing in the field of medical care customer service. Promptly and effectively interacted with lab when discrepanicies arose with respect to acceptable sampling methods. Also kept me updated on resolution measures to prevent same discrepancies from occuring to other customers in the future.
