Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We work hard to keep our pricing competitive in the health testing industry. If you have found a better price for an equivalent panel of lab tests, we will not only match the price but beat it as we are are confident our panel pricing is the lowest. Our service aims to provide private testing with fast results. According to our records, the majority of your lab results were made available just 24 hours after collection, and final results were posted on the 3rd day. We'd love the opportunity to discuss your concerns about our service being "rushed" in more detail, as we are unsure what this means. Our patient care manager can be reached at [email protected] We hope to hear from you soon!

Thank you so much for the great review! If you wish to get tested again, there's a link in your result email to receive $20 off all future testing for yourself or anyone else. We appreciate your feedback!
