Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear you aren't satisfied with your testing experience. Our site does state that testing is performed using urine-only collection methods and that collection sites do not perform swabs. If this is not the testing you are looking for, we can certainly cancel the order prior to submitting samples. Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear your visit to the collection site was not up to our standards. Although we are a separate company, we entrust Quest to fulfill our lab orders quickly and professionally. The only information the lab staff needs is that you are there for routine lab work (not drug testing). This verbiage is provided word for word in the order confirmation email issued during signup. If they are not receptive to this language, then they are not following protocol. We will be filing a formal complaint with the appropriate administrators at Quest to ensure corrective action is taken, and would like more information about your visit.
