We're sorry to hear you had trouble finding the collection site! If you try to call Quest directly, you are sent to an automated phone system which doesn't reach a live person. We (Priority) have care counselors standing by to help and can be reached by calling the number in your order confirmation email. In nearly all cases, early detection tests will come back within 5 business days, however there has been a recent surge in volume at Quest's specialty processing labs that accommodate those specific tests which has caused slight delays for those specific tests.
