The ordering process was easy-to-use. Priority meds Jennie was texting me the whole time really making me feel at ease. When I got the message that my package had arrived and when I went to get it it was not there, I checked with my neighbors and they didn't have it. I texted Jennie back and she was on it quick she even set me a reorder form. I did find the package it was on another street around the corner from me where FedEx dropped it off to another house, luckily the people knew us and gave my package to my husband. Thank you Jennie (Priority meds) for helping me to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend them

I received great customer service from Priority Meds. They provided my GLP1 meds on time each month at a great price. When I no longer needed medication they refunded some of my money. great to deal with

I’m rating this a 5 on my conversations with Melvin. He was the only one who brought a timely and favorable outcome to a 3.5 week ordeal. Other than that, my multiple interactions sucked!
