The printing wasn’t the same as the pdf- some photos/text moved and overlapped. They sent 3 newspapers in 1- so we had to spend hours separating them too :(

Thank you for your review Faith. I’m sorry to hear that you’re not fully satisfied with your order. We provide proofs in addition to a documentation to help our customers export their PDFs reliably. And you are right: 4-page newspapers are processed in booklets of 3 copies each, because newspaper finishing lines are not designed to fold single sheets of paper individually and precisely. That's why we display a notice during the ordering process and in our documentation. We've sent you an email so we can figure out the best way to arrange things.
