The first printing was on the wrong size envelope and very light color saturation. I complained about both. The envelopes were reprinted on the correct size but the print was still very faint. It shows a poor quality too my customers. The cost savings wasn’t worth the poor image reflecting on my business. I would not use PrintLinkOnline again.

Printlinkonline has a very friendly website for ordering printed products. Prices are reasonable and finished product is high quality. I especially like the reorder system that shows you an actual image of the product, helping to void the wrong item Example: window envelopes vs standard envelopes. Turn around time is acceptable.

Even when I had trouble navigating, I am old, they called me and did the work up for me! Thanks!

Service was great, except that doing everything online and not having any help by phone could be improved for the first time orderss

Production timelines have gotten far too long. Customer service is very poor and the website is hit or miss if it will allow you to complete an order.
