This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have, and I apologize that this year’s order also had the same issue as your order from a year ago! Our Customer Service team has offered to replace the books, but I’ve just seen confirmation that you’ve requested other compensation. While I wish we had been able to provide you with the positive experience we pride ourselves on, I’m glad to see that we were able to arrive at a resolution for you.
