I ordered this a week ago and still have no shipping information.

Received as as gift. Battery dies without use. Can’t find replacement battery. Stay away!

I tried to initate a return. I was informed that I would be responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee, or, I could keep the item I didn't order for a 10% refund. I told them I did not get what I ordered. They then placed, and charged me for the item I origionally ordered without any authorization. I will be disputing with my credit card. Do not order from this company.

it will not go with my phone or i ipod so its good for me

I've had the fan for less than a month and the area to recharge it via USB has already broke and pushed in. The fan was great while it worked but I'm very disappointed it broke so quickly.

the Heater worked exactly two weeks and stopped dead and hasn't worked since! I have tried everything an no success getting it working. I have tried to reach the company several times and without being able to reach anyone.I need to return this item for replacement ASAP!

Tried several times to cancel the order before it shipped and no one would respond to my requests.

Deliver was promt and on time but the heater was defective. It only worked for 1 day and the front didn't glow as the pictured. I've been contacting this company since the 19th to request a refund for the device I can no longer use. The emails are being returned and no one has responded to the inquiry that I submitted. Very dissatisfied with the outcome.
