We responded to your request quickly, as we do with everyone. Most replies happen within an hour through live chat. If our answer didn’t help, it’s because the problem wasn’t on our side. You’re running our platform on outdated, underpowered hardware, including an iPhone 7 that has no business handling modern software. That’s not a support issue. That’s your setup failing. Our tools are built for serious users with current systems who understand how to follow guidance and ask clear questions. If that’s not you, then this isn’t the right platform. We don’t exist to debug decade-old devices. Access to our software is a privilege. Come prepared or don’t come at all.

We do not offer free trials because they do not provide any benefit to our clients. Our software is very complex and requires thorough explanation and training to be used effectively. Providing a free trial without proper guidance would not give you the full understanding and capabilities of our software. However, when you commit to us, we go above and beyond to ensure you have all the support you need. We offer free services, detailed explanations, and continuous assistance to help you make the most out of our software. Our goal is to ensure that you are fully equipped and confident in using our product to achieve your objectives. Your success is our priority, and we are dedicated to providing you with the resources and support necessary to excel.

Not quite true. We answered you within 2 hours on a Saturday out of our business hours. And gave you a refund. So I think we're doing pretty good. Thank you for your review.
