These guys are great. I just let them do their thing and they would update me along the way, sign a few things here and there. No problems ,no hassles. I met with them at closing and walked out with a check 15 minutes later. Id give them 10 stars if I could

Living out of state and purchasing property afar Scott made our transaction very easy by keeping us up to date and informed where things were at during the process of purchasing our property. Highly recommend Scott for assisting when looking for your forever home.

I just sold my property yesterday & was extremely impressed with how smoothly everything went. Having only dealt with local real estate agents, I was skeptical an out-of-state company could get my land sold. I asked a lot of questions about the process, and they provided detailed responses promptly. After finding a buyer (within about 3 weeks), they let me know what was happening at each stage and what I had to do next. I got the price I wanted, and closed quicker than I ever expected. Very pleased.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Scott Stevenson and Toni Manasa at Prime Parcel on a challenging land transaction in Brunswick County. The deal involved some significant complications — access issues, survey difficulties, and a price renegotiation — and Scott handled every curveball professionally and in good faith. He was communicative, reasonable, and genuinely focused on getting to the closing table rather than letting obstacles derail the deal. That kind of attitude makes all the difference in a complex transaction. Would absolutely work with the Prime Parcel team again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other agents.

Scott and the Prime Parcel process were both extremely impressive. Scott was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us well informed. The process was smooth and hassle-free. It was a pleasure dealing with Scott and Prime Parcel and we highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Smooth from start to finish. I owned what I think was a fairly illiquid piece of land and it sold at my price in <6mo with a smooth process all around.

Prime parcel did a great job in helping me sell my property. I had tried other land companies but they are the real deal.
