Primary PetalsReviews of primarypetals.com

I was surprised with a box of blooms from Primary Petals and they we’re absolutely gorgeous. They lasted quite a while and made the room so pleasant and bright. My friends said the company was easy to work with and easy to order. Win win all around! Will definitely be using Primary Petals for all my future floral needs.

Speedy delivery, and the arrangement was so fresh! The second I opened the box the scent of lush, fresh blooms billowed out and brought a smile to my face. Received many compliments on the size and design of the gorgeous bouquet. Bonus for being a woman-owned and operated business! I'm a fan for life.

Service was great! everyone was responsive and I got tracking info on when the product was delivered. They also honored their coupon code. But the received product was extremely disappointing for the price and type of flowers delivered. My mother-in-law received a few carnations and some yellow flowers for $100. The bouquet looked cheap.

Sent these to a friend to brighten up to Covid dull drums. She was so excited, said they were beautiful.

I ordered the quarantine bouquet for my sister to send some good vibes her way during this tough time, but in my absent mindedness I put my OWN address for delivery instead of hers! Once I realized my mistake, I rushed to send an email but before I even began to write I received a call from Chloe from Primary Petals. She noticed the billing and shipping were the same address and figured she’d reach out to make sure it was correct. Gotta love those Aussies! Not to mention my sister loved the bouquet!

Amazing service, professional and helpful every step of the way. They are the best!
