Primal TrustReviews of primaltrust.org

I highly recommend Primal Trust to anyone suffering from chronic illness, especially ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, long COVID and POTS. The content of the classes is exceptional with complex information discussed with great simplicity and clarity. I was able to follow along at my own pace with opportunities to connect with others as needed. I have gone from housebound (4 years), living in a haze of symptoms, to feeling that I have a life again with social connection, nature, walking, art as well as being able to undertake household tasks I was previously unable to do. I had previously taken a brain retraining course but Primal Trust is so much more. It attends to healing on so many levels. I feel embodied in a whole new way that has helped me move forward. My life is no longer focused on symptoms: controlling them, planning around them, trying to fix them. There is actual living that can now be done!

The biggest takeaway I had from the Regulate program was learning that adaptation had hidden the reality of my chronic cell danger response and how profoundly stressed I truly was. Before Primal Trust, I blamed Lyme for all my health problems and had no idea how dysregulated my system had become. I was living in my mind in ways that stood in complete opposition to my faith and the values I hold before God. I was outwardly alternating between functioning and crashing while inwardly at war with myself. Awareness of that reality came quickly. Learning to actually calm my nervous system and rest in peace has not. The new clarity was so intense that, for the first time in my life (even after my husband’s accidental death), I had to pursue SSRI medication simply to cope with the overwhelm of finally sensing what my body had been carrying. That was humbling. It reminded me that insight alone is not the same as transformation, and that God often works through slow processes over time rather than instant relief from a pill or quick fix. I trust some of the deeper settling will come with continued practice. I also expect Level 2 will address more of the parts work, core wounding, and trauma responses that keep me from living consistently in my adult, mainline personality and from freely connecting with what I love. In the meantime, I’m grateful for the map the Primal Trust Level One Program gave me. It has shown me how much of my hypervigilance just produced exhaustion and was never true strength, and it has invited me to depend more fully on the One who is at work in me both to will and to work for His purposes… even when my mind is still undergoing transformation and my nervous system is still learning how to rest.

Life changing.

An excellent programme, has helped me a lot with my chronic disease. I have been a member for 8 months now. Do wish it was less pricey though.

The 40 day regulation was life changing!!! Highly highly recommend

Primal Trust has been amazing! The techniques that I learned for nervous system regulation have been a big part of healing a chronic illness. The video library resources, study pods, 40 Day Regulate program, and all the modules contain a wealth of information. You can access as little or as much as you need. It’s a very supportive community and I have continued in the program for over a year now. Highly recommend! Membership subscription has a monthly option and you get a reminder a week before it renews each time. You can cancel any time. If you forget and miss the deadline for renewal, they do not offer refunds and you will still be a member for that next month. I’ve had no issues with the subscription or with the admin.

Teachings make so much sens, and are so helpful for soothing chronic autoimmune condition

Primal Trust saved my life! I was in a place of illness that no one had answers for. Tried so many different modalities and treatments, doctors etc. Primal Trust taught me what was happening in my body and mind. My nervous system was on high alert of danger everywhere, which was perceived and not real. I did not realize this until I learned the knowledge of PT. PT gave me practices and the intention behind them to engage in them, and to show safety to my nervous system. And then I did the self discovery work of how this all happened in the first place. Finding more joy, fun and a meaningful life. Everyone can benefit from this wonderful community where you can be your authentic self! 💜🌼
